Frank Thompson, lead facilitator of AZ Rhythm Connection, will deliver a 1-hour drum circle session. These sessions provide a fun social activity to lighten stress and laugh. If you have a drum or percussion instrument, bring it.  If not Frank will have one for everyone.  The only experience you need is fun!
