DESCRIPTION:HealthRhythms Group Drumming Sessions are drum circles that meet monthly on the fourth Thursday of the month in the Arizona Musicfest Community Room. Participants choose from a wide array of percussion instruments\, and are invited to join facilitator Frank Thompson in improvising rhythms during the hour-long session. No experience required\, rather sessions use the drums as a fun gateway activity to build community using recreational music making – simply put\, making-music for joy\, community and to let go of some stress. It’s for everyone\, because anyone can drum! \nDrums are provided\, all you need to bring is enthusiasm! \nPlease RSVP
