DESCRIPTION:  \n*Due to Thanksgiving holiday\, this monthly (thursday) session has been moved to Nov. 10th. \nHealthRhythms Group Drumming Sessions are drum circles that meet monthly on Thursdays in the Arizona Musicfest Community Room. Participants choose from a wide array of percussion instruments\, and are invited to join facilitator Frank Thompson in improvising rhythms during the hour-long session. No experience required\, rather sessions use the drums as a fun gateway activity to build community using recreational music making – simply put\, making-music for joy\, community and to let go of some stress. It’s for everyone\, because anyone can drum! \nDrums are provided\, all you need to bring is enthusiasm \n  \n
