Cancelled due to Ash Wednesday & Valentines Day – Healthy Rhythms-based sessions with Dr. David Engstrom, Ph. D, APBB and Teaching Artist, Frank Thompson. Hand drums, percussion, relaxation and guided imagery are used to create a stress mitigating hour of community music-making joy. Dr. Engstrom and Frank, focus on the healing benefits of being present and in-the-moment.
